This luxury rental boasts over 8,400 square feet of brand new interior and lanai space. The indoor accommodations include 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and additional living areas such as a media room, office, and gym with a relaxing sauna. The primary suite features an oversized lanai with panoramic ocean views, a spacious walk-in closet, and stylish Agape bathroom. The remaining 3 upstairs bedrooms offer their guests a mix of mountain and ocean views, so no one is without a breathtaking backdrop. On the first floor, the final guest suite maintains a large sitting area, kitchenette, access to the lanai and pool area as well as a separate, private entrance.
While views of the ocean’s crystal clear waters, white sand beaches, and lapping shores are entirely unmatched while staying here at Lanikai Hillside Estate, there’s so much more of this private paradise for you and your guests to experience. You’ll delight in the aromas of cool breezes, warm ocean water, and fragrant flowers as you throw open your floor to ceiling windows to welcome the scents inside. Just in the distance, you can catch glimpses of sea turtles cruising by as well as the colorful reef fish surrounding the vibrant coral. Your private beach entrance allows for sun-filled shoreline days to be just near steps away, along with brilliant sunrises, soothing sunsets and dream-like moonrises.
The home’s main level offers seamless indoor and outdoor living, thanks to its spectacular ocean views that can be caught from every angle as the infinity pool becomes part of the ocean below. Guests can lounge poolside, entertain in the dining pavilion or BBQ area on this level or venture upstairs, where they’ll be greeted with a rooftop sun and moon deck complete with a jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area.
